Painted Portfolio

Landscapes

Apparently from this selection, I'm a fan of high contrasting colors for dramatic effect.

A Small Red Sky

Genuinely, this painting is tiny. Only about 4inx7in, less than twice the surface area of your iphone. Somehow that took the pressure off of making every detail great if they were too small to see. I think i did this in my bob ross challenge days, meaning it only took 30 minutes to do. Anyways, it's cute and I like it.

Personal Solangard

ISN'T IT PRETTY???!!!

I like it alot. The purple makes me super happy. Painted it at a friend's birthday party loosely following a bob ross tutorial. I love how vibrant mine came out. The vegetation on the bottom is also very lovely.

This one has a bit of difference in that i didn't paint an ocean. The waterfall in the center gives the water a smaller scale. The white detailing alone the way gives more movement as well. More green than i usually use.

Rapid rivers

Blocks of Halloween

Another birthday party painting. Went to wine and painting place. No joke, they saw me working on it and tried to hire me. Which is cool.

Monsters

I went through a stint where i liked painting thees dnd monsters. Pretty fun, do recommend.

Sally, The Aboleth

Sorry for the bad angle of the photo, its hung up in a high place at my father's lab. She's supposed to be this elder ancient chaotic being, however the angle of the "legs" makes them look like legs and gives it a whole paint-me-like-one-of-your-french-girls vibe. Thus, her name is Sally.

Bavall, The Beholder

This painting started with just some orange doodles on a black painted background and grew into this. Bavall is the first dnd monster i painted. Can you guess how to say his name? Bay-vle.

I did a series of what i call Padzoils, which were these alien like things in planting pots. For some reason i think this was the last padzoil i made, but it could very much have been the first. The rest of the pazoils had names painted in to the canvas, but this one still goes unnamed.

Bird Brain, The Grell

This one is actually huge, 4 ft x 2 ft. I loved putting in the long hours to this as it was the first monster that i painted from a reference. Background is lacking but im v. proud of the detail.

Bird brain bird brain bird brain.

Manic, The Mimic

Idk why but some years ago i picked that mimics were my favorite type of classic monster. I switched out the coloring from the reference image from brown to gold. Looks cool, looks complete, this i think is the first appearance of my signature.

Bruh I might have lied. This one might be the first from a reference image. fufufufu he just looks like a dirpy happy guy. Fun fact, the flumph monster is actually a good monster, and the tentacles will change color based on emotion. Blue = sad.

Abstracts

Here is a small collection of the more abstract paintings done through the years.

Multi-directional Doodles

Every time i go into my father's office, i will turn this doodle. In every orientation, the eyes are drawn to new parts of it. I really ought to put some kind of finish on it so that i stop touching th graphite. oh well.

Octopus in dots

I think i just drew like an octopus and then added some dots on it for some finish. Still, its alright.

Sorry for the muddled color of the photograph, it's a bit brighter in person. It was fun to work with melting crayola wax for the colorful nature of it all. I would love to take this to a mellow mushroom to try to sell it.

A Painted Doodle

The wing was a fun doodle that i made late at night. The extra paint on the palate was turned into the circle. I hate the fact that the circle painting turned out so much better.

Extra Paint

This was the last dip into using crayola. It's not much but it is a fun happy flower using fun happy colors. And that is enough.

Digital Arts

basically i just made this vogue one and wanted to share...

Vogue

Look it felt like i needed to be made. the auto take-out-the-background button on canva gives the photos a magazine cut out feel. so i just went for it.
